Alison Burke
Align Founder, E-RYT 500, YACEP, Pilates, ITN Wellness Coach
Alison started practicing yoga at 17 and immediately fell in love with creative vinyasa. She loves blending different strength-based modalities and fitness-inspired movements with yoga and breathwork to help students feel strong and centered. Passionate about all aspects of health, she is a Certified Wellness Coach through The Institute for Transformational Nutrition, a co-founder of organic market Simply Sublime and Align Yoga Hamptons.

Tracey McQuade
Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Tracey Twomey McQuade is a mama, writer and yogi who loves to chant and go upside down. She is passionate about curating new flow sequences that encourage freedom and joy while also honoring time-tested alignment principles. (In other words, her flows are fun and safe!)
A devoted practitioner of yoga and meditation, Tracey has taught at Yoga Shanti for over a decade and is lead faculty on their 200HR and 500HR teacher trainings. Tracey loves to help modern yogis bridge the gap between the ancient teachings of yoga and life in the modern world.
Barbara Martin (Bam)
Yoga Instructor, Pilates
Bam began teaching yoga in NYC a decade ago and has continued her movement and mental health education through advanced yoga training in India, a pilates certification and a Masters in Social Work. She aims to integrate her knowledge of movement, mental health and social justice to expand the accessibility of therapeutic practices. She believes in the power of physical movement to facilitate mental, emotional and spiritual transformation. Her classes include challenging yet accessible flows and moving meditation set to mix of musical genres.



Seamus Tyson
Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500
Seamus enjoys the balance between city and coastal life, splitting his time between NYC and The Hamptons. He has spent many hours studying and practicing the full spectrum of yoga disciplines, all leading to his love for vinyasa.
Seamus's classes are as fun as they are challenging with heavy emphasis on sequencing, alignment and flow.

Annabelle Schroeder
NASM, CPMT
Annabelle started practicing Pilates at the age of 12 to heal misaligned hips and it has been an integral part of her life since. Born and raised in Sag Harbor, she has a strong passion to connect to her community through healing and functional movement. Her classes, both physically and mentally challenging, are filled with fun, creative flows, a jamming playlist and lots of sweat.

Andrew Pyo
Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500
Born in South Korea and raised in Kentucky, Andrew is a NYC and Hamptons-based RYT. Andrew completed his 200 hour teacher training at YogaWorks with Jodie Rufty and his 300 hour training with Colleen Saidman and Rodney Yee. Open to all levels and integrating 90s hip hop and other lively musical genres, his classes are dynamic, athletic and accessible, as well as meditative and restorative.

Carly Drew
Yoga Instructor, RYT 200
Carly was bron and raised in Amagansett and has a deep love for her home. Carly's flows focus on linking continuous movement to breath. Her goal is to allow students to move their awareness to their internal landscapes and leave the outside world well...outside. Students are encourages to feel every moment of her dynamic flows physically and emotionally.
