Alison started practicing yoga at 17 and immediately fell in love with creative vinyasa. She loves blending different strength-based modalities and fitness-inspired movements with yoga and breathwork to help students feel strong and centered. Passionate about all aspects of health, she is a Certified Wellness Coach through The Institute for Transformational Nutrition, a co-founder of organic market Simply Sublime and Align Yoga Hamptons.


Jessica Bellofatto

Jessica has been teaching yoga for nearly 30 years. She is an athlete, pioneer of paddleboard (SUP) yoga, a doula and natural birth advocate, and mom of three. Jessica finds her bliss through all movement practices. She is deeply passionate about empowering women entrepreneurs and is currently an avid meditation student with Dr. Joe Dispenza. Her teaching style is known for it's clear and concise instruction and attention to detail. She fuses the ancient tradition of yoga and the intelligence of the breath while being playful, fun, challenging.

Tomasin Marshall

Tomasin has been a personal trainer for over 20 years. Yoga and holistic health coaching were natural additions as she continued exploring, experimenting, and evolving her health and movement practices. Tomasin enjoys studying different lineages of yoga that encourage strength and flexibility and her strong flow classes offer the opportunity for practitioners of all levels to experience that balance.

Seamus Tyson

Seamus enjoys the balance between city and coastal life, splitting his time between NYC and The Hamptons. He has spent many hours studying and practicing the full spectrum of yoga disciplines, all leading to his love for vinyasa.

Seamus's classes are as fun as they are challenging with heavy emphasis on sequencing, alignment and flow.

Kat Ruiz


Yoga Instructor, Wellness Coach

Kat has been teaching yoga, meditation and breath-work for over a decade. After a stint on Wall Street, she began her wellness coaching, devoting time to individuals and groups of all ages from NYC to Montauk. Kat offers powerful mindfulness sessions to some of NYC's top companies as well as parents, students and staff at public elementary schools. 

Kat's classes blend strength, mindfulness, breath and flow, leaving students strong, centered and balanced.

Dave Marshall


Yoga Instructor, E-RYT 500

Dave has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. A former NYC actor, he is influenced by multiple yoga lineages including Ashantga, Kundalini, Iyengar and Yoga Therapeutics. He is a Reiki practitioner, Level II Thai Yoga Massage bodyworker, trauma-informed recovery coach and a Kriya Yoga initiate. Dave is known for his mindful, alignment-based sequencing, hands-on assists and warm sense of humor.

Samantha Duane

A year-round, East Hampton resident and former Roller Derby girl, Samantha teaches a playful yet challenging Ashtanga-based class. Her outgoing personality and keen eye for form make her classes exciting and challenging. When not teaching fitness, Samantha enjoys roller skating and walking on the beach with friends and family.

A lover of vinyasa as well as yoga's spiritual teachings, Alejandro creatively merges the two with his fun teaching style and profound metaphors that make yoga's teachings accessible for all. Alejandro seamlessly creates a vinyasa flow class infused with breath, meditation and great music.


Christa Schleicher


Fitness, NASM, ACSM, ACE

Born and raised in the Hamptons, Christa has been in health and fitness for over 25 years. She teaches group classes and works privately with clients, incorporating multiple disciplines of fitness instruction. 

Using fundamental boxing techniques and conditioning drills, along with core and strength exercises, Christa's signature class, Burn, Box and Core (BBC) blends the grit of boxing, the intensity of HIIT and the grace and balance of barre, for a total body workout.

Suzanne Sandbank


Yoga Instructor, RYT 200

Suzanne's main hallmark is wanting to help others feel good, whether in her prior career as a hair and make-up artist, in their homes as a realtor or designer, or simply as an empathic listener.

After a yoga teacher training, Suzanne wanted to share the gifts that yoga gave her and began working with clients teaching them slow-flow vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. 

A recent transplant to East Hampton, Suzanne is an avid sea-kayaker and looks forward to connecting with the community that lives here.

Jael Baker


Barre Instructor, LMT

Jael has been dancing since she was little girl, starting with her ballet training in New York. For the past 15 years, she has been dancing in New York and Colorado. She also loves fitness and is ABT Barre Certified, CrossFit L1 certified and is a licensed massage therapist. Join Jael and gain strength, balance and flexibility in her versatile Barre strength class.
