Studio Policies
Booking: All classes require advance registration through the Align app or your online account. Reservations can't be made, changed or cancelled by phone.
Arrival & Late Entry: Please arrive five minutes before class. Unclaimed spots may be released to the waitlist at that time and the class will not be refunded or credited. For everyone's safety and focus, late arrivals of more than five minutes are not guaranteed entry.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit. Cancel in the app under "Upcoming Reservations" or in your online account under "Reservations". Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the class.
Membership & Class Packages: All sales are final. Memberships and class credits are non-refundable non-transferable. Expiration dates begin on the date of purchase (unless otherwise noted).
Age Requirement: Students must be at least 16 years old to attend class.
What to Bring: A yoga mat and towel are required fo all heated classes. Mats are provided for non-heated classes. Mats and towels are available to rent or purchase in our boutique. We recommend bringing water to every class.
Health & Safety: Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk. All students must sign our liability waiver before their first class and booking a class confirms that you have read and agree to it. Please consult your healthcare provider before practicing if you have any medical concerns and let your instructor know about any injuries or pregnancy before class begins. Practice within your own limits and rest whenever you need to.
