We ask students to preregister for class. Reservations CANNOT be managed via phone call, text, DM or email. If unable to attend reservation, students have 12 hours before the class begins to cancel. Students must cancel through the app or their account. A text, phone call, DM or email will not cancel your class. If student fails to cancel, the class will be lost. All sales are final. ​All expiration dates on classes are from date of purchase. Class packages are non-transferable. A yoga mat and towel are required for heated classes. Mats are supplied for non-heated classes. Mats and towels will be available for rent or purchase in our boutique.

Disclaimer

As a small business, we depend on our our clients to make smart, community-centered choices when it comes to practicing in person. All students who attend class are required to sign a waiver and accept inherent risk when they participate. While we are doing our best to mitigate the risk of illness, there is no guarantee. Please only show up for class when you are 100% healthy. In the event of a known COVID exposure at Align, we will follow New York State guidelines and request that the person/s who have received a positive test result contact to their home state to self-report directly. Align will not send specific emails/information when individual cases have been identified.
